The premier regional hamfest organized annually by the Vienna Wireless Club (VA). This year, there will be more than 65 indoor and tailgating vendors and 450 attendees are anticipated to attend.

Raffle: New Amateur Radio equipment will be raffled immediately after the event. You do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified by email, and equipment will be delivered to winners within 20 miles of Vienna, VA, or shipped to locations in the lower 48 states at no expense to the winners. Raffle tickets: $10 each. Not planning to attend WINTERFEST? Purchase raffle tickets online for $10 each, plus a small service fee. You do NOT need to be present to win!

QSL Card Checking, and information about the 4 Area incoming QSL Bureau are available at WINTERFEST. FREE AMATEUR RADIO LICENSE TESTING at 10AM- The Arlington Amateur Radio Club is providing Amateur Radio exams at WINTERFEST starting at 10am. Check-in with the WINTERFEST Reception table in the Oakton HS cafeteria for directions to the exam classroom location.

SCOUTS – Radio Merit Badge is available at WINTERFEST! And, VWS is waiving the WINTERFEST admission fee for registered scouts and their accompanying adult. To attend, you must pre-register for the Radio MB using the following link and complete the prerequisites noted at the link. Space is limited to the first 25 registrants. Sign up here

Attendance Ticket: Early Bird Special, $12 attendance tickets will be available for purchase online now. Tickets at the door: $15

Tailgating Pricing: Tailgating: $20 for first parking space; $10 for each additional space. Price includes one admission ticket. A tailgating space is 8′- 4″ x 18′. Vehicles/trailers can be moved to general parking after unloading, if desired. Advance purchase here
